Departments and organization
ISSW covers teaching, research, education and services in the three academic departments Prevention and Sport Medicine, Exercise and Health Sciences and Sports Science. The Institute is staffed with two chairs. The Management Department supports the academic departments.
Structure and organization of the Institute are built on the demands of a modern academic institute with approximately 500 students. All decisions are made by the Institute Directorate, which consists of the four heads of each department.
